Description
A forest walk with rays of sunshine shining through the trees in the early morning was the starting point for this piece of work.Circles of light break up the straight lines of trees and light rays, and I chose to use strong, saturated colours in a semi-abstract way, in an interpretation of the passage of light in the darkness. Materials - Cotton fabrics are machine pieced and fused, with hand and machine quilting, Back to the exhibition
