Description
The whole world is affected by climate change, we see disaster after disaster in many countries. To protect the species, we can minimize disaster by controlling our actions. With this artwork I am spreading the message of recycling. The materials used to create this piece is crotcheted bottle caps with tapestry coloured wool. I drew my inspiration from beadwork, a skill taught to me by late gogo Balandiwe Meyiwa from Ntshongweni. The variety of colours represent diverse minds and ways of thinking about recycling.
